Here’s a list of my general likes, DNWs, some prompts for individual requests and some fangirling about the characters ;)

The first thing I’d like to point out is: I love the atmosphere of the requested shows/books. I love them and I want to have moooore of it, so I usually prefer the canon-verse or some smaller (or bigger) canon divergence over alternate universe.

I have a lot of gen prompts here, there are some fandoms where I’m simply not that much into romance. On the other hand though there are some fandoms with ships I’d love to read about!

For / ships I’d like to clarify that I don’t need romance and kisses in every paragraph of the fic. I’d love to know that my beloved characters are in a relationship or are trying to get together but you can mix it with my other general likes or even focus more on my other general likes and genres and tropes and just add this new layer of two characters being in a relationship in smaller measures. But if you want to write a whole fic about the partners panicking and preparing a wedding, I’m here for it too.

I also love hurt/comfort and will literally squeal in joy at whatever mention of h/c.

1. Cormoran Strike Series - Robert Galbraith

What I love about the series:

I love crime novels. There's no other genre I read as often and as excitedly as crime novels. I love the investigation process, I love racing with the detectives to catch the murderer. Though these books are even more than this. I usually don't like the romantic tension "will they date, won't they date" but here I've completely fallen for it! I really really neeeed them to be happy and together.

I have to admit that so far I've read only the first two books - The Cuckoo's Calling and The Silkworm. But I've read countless fanfics so I know about the evolution of the relationships and work and about the private lives so feel free to set the fic at whichever time from the whole series; of course it can also be a future fic or set at unspecified time. Though I would prefer if the fic didn't contain any hints to the cases from the books I haven't read (because I want this to be a surprise while reading).

Prompts:

• sneak peek into a case (non-canon case preferably)
• just fluff (either Robin & Cormoran or Robin/Cormoran)
• road trip (they seem to be quite popular in the series ;) though Robin and Cormoran usually travel for work)
• canon-divergence - Cormoran didn't leave the Army after the injury. Did he meet Robin? How?
• hurt/comfort - I prefer hurt!Cormoran. His leg is always bothering him quite a lot and I would love to read more about it. Is Robin helping him?

2. Criminal Minds (US TV)

What I love about the series

I love Dr. Reid with all my heart but in fact, the series was too dark for me, so dark that I had to stop watching years ago. Now I just prefer to read fanfics.

I’m not that interested in the parts with the unsub, when we see what they are doing because that’s often too much but I do like the investigation, how everyone has their expertise, how they cooperate, how sometimes one of the profilers has a surprising piece of knowledge stemming from their hobbies or personal lives. And I absolutely love how they finalize the preliminary profile and then have the briefing with the local police. And I also like the flights and their discussions there… And I love Dr. Reid! I want him to be happy and I want him to know that he has good friends! With Gideon it was more of a mentor & mentee relationship; Derek is the big bro of the family; Emily is so understanding and Spencer was so affected by her fake death...

• Reid excitedly babbling about random facts
• hurt/comfort - there's never enough hurt/comfort! Will we get to know in more detail what was happening to Reid in season 6 around episode 12? In TV it just kinda faded away without any real explanation (IRL Matthew Gray-Gubler was contemplating leaving the series and the writers were preparing the possibilities for him to leave and one of the possible reasons was Reid’s cancer, but please no cancer here.)

3. CSI: NY

Fandom specific DNW: Ruben storyline

What I love about the series:

I have to admit I watched this series such a long time ago… The original CSI had the weirdest cases, CSI: Miami was sunny but maybe too much Hollywood-like-perfect, CSI: NY was the normal one. And I loved that. All the sneak peeks into the hectic life in such a big modern city, kinda typical - but not stereotypical - characters: former soldier, a local kid, skilled detective… Sometimes you don’t need dark and twisted plots all the time, I think there was a nice balance between the personal lives and “normal” cases. And then there’s Danny and his smile and his glasses.

Prompts:

• Danny and Lindsay as the smart and capable detectives they are

• usual lab experiments and shenanigans

• Danny and Lindsay as the perfect team at work and at home
• hurt Danny (canon or non-canon) and Lindsay taking care of him (Danny was injured at the end of season 5 and in season 6 episode 7 he’s ok?! I’d love to see more from the PT or the recovery to be longer. Just one pep talk from Hawkes and that was it?)

4. Grey’s Anatomy

I’m more familiar with the first ten seasons (which in the end covers the storylines of the majority of the requested characters)

What I love about the series:

Grey’s Anatomy has been running for so long and everything has already happened there. I know the early seasons best, I’ve watched them many times, then stopped some time around season 7 or 8 but still paid quite a lot of attention to it until season 10. After that I don’t know much about the series and all the new characters. But the story arcs of most of the requested characters finished while I was still watching so it shouldn’t be a problem.

My OTP was Cristina/Burke and then Calzona, Meredith/Derek seemed too much of a perfect fairy tale to me, so I wasn’t that much interested and then yeah, that happened anyway… And over time I’ve begun exploring ships that weren’t canon, I love the idea of Meredith/Addison or Meredith/Cristina.

I just love medical TV shows, all the improbable cases, crazy diagnosis, competent doctors, watching the surgeries, the tense atmosphere in the OR when something goes wrong, injuries, healing, doctors explaining the procedures…

Prompts:

• one of the doctors is preparing to do a difficult surgery, the other one is supporting them, calming down, offering ideas…
• fluffy Calzona; I loved them, my girls deserve to be happy together (what if they both returned to Seattle from NY as a couple again)
• medical case-fic
• Cristina is a fascinating character, I’d love to read more about her career in Switzerland, about her being a famous surgeon and teacher; how is it compatible with her friendship or relationship with Mereidth
• Cristina is fascinating for so many things and one of them is her openly stating she doesn’t want to have kids; it’s a theme people don’t talk about nowadays and I feel it was even more taboo ten years ago. I just love her for saying it loud and for standing up for her decision
• Meredith and Cristina had such an amazing friendship, I’d love to see it in a fic
• What would the relationship of Meredith/Addison look like? When did they start dating? How are they balancing career and private life? What about Derek and/or Mark? (totally up to you, maybe Meredith/Derek never even dated ooor Meredith/Addison started dating after all of the canon MerDer)
• H/C - one of the doctors is a patient. Who is it? What happened? Who’s treating them?
• I love OR scenes and competent confident surgeons there
• I know that Mark was head over heels with Lexie but I always imagined/hoped for Mark/Addison endgame. I want to hear all their spicy arguments and see them stealing kisses almost directly in the OR ;)

5. House M.D.

What I love about the series?

I love everything about House. An “unlikeable” main character, cynicism and irony, crime case-like approach to medicine...
I have to admit that the first three seasons were the best in my opinion. I'm much more familiar with the first six seasons… I know all the important events that happened afterwards (but we can totally make a deal that season 7 and 8 didn’t ever happen, especially not the whole House/Cuddy breakup, car “accident”, prison etc.)

Prompts:

• As a true hurt/comfort fan, do I have to say more? I want to know all about House’s pain. Is there someone for him?
• Are House/Wilson trying to get together? Are they in an established relationship and hiding it? Is there a bit of fluff in their everyday life?
• I’m not usually a fan of AUs (like sci-fi, coffee shop) but here I’d be very curious about what House would do hadn’t he been a doctor. I can see a university professor in him. Or I would just like to see a totally different part of him: the musician, the lecturer, the polyglot, the motorcycle rider,... how would the interactions with Cuddy, Wilson and/or Stacy change?

What I love about the series:

I can’t even count how many times I’ve watched the series. I think there were times when immediately after the last episode ended the TV started to broadcast the series again from the beginning and again and again and I wasn’t complaining. My favourite character is Hawkeye and his blue eyes and humour and professional skills and how human he is.
I appreciate how humorous and fun the series was on one hand and didn't shy away from difficult topics on the other hand. They balanced the fun, OR scenes, anti-war message, individual characters’ arcs so well. There isn’t a single character I wouldn’t like, I mean Frank for sure wasn’t likable but you have to love him anyway, right? ;) It really doesn’t feel that the series started FIFTY years ago.

Prompts:

• Hawkeye is a fascinating character. You can do no wrong with writing anything about him and his friendship with Trapper
• Hawkeye went through a fair share of sicknesses, medical issues but I need more. I’d love to read Hawkeye hurt/comfort. What happened this time? How is Margaret or Trapper helping?
• I’d like to see Hawkeye’s future. Is he a celebrated and successful surgeon in a big hospital in the US? He’d certainly deserve it. Is there Margaret or Trapper with him?
• Hawkeye/Trapper. How did it happen? When did they start dating - in Korea or after their return home? Are they hiding it?
• A look into the OR. I’d love to read more in the tone of the classic OR-episodes, follow a few patients more closely and also their doctors.
• Pranks.
• It didn’t come into existence very easily but over time Hawkeye’s and Margaret’s friendship went deep and they, though being so different, understood each other. I’d love to see a situation when their friendship or relationship plays an important role.

7. NCIS: LA

(For Callen/Sam I wouldn’t want Sam to be cheating on Michelle, she may simply be out of the picture altogether or they got together after she died or any other scenario you can imagine)

What I love about the series

I love this series. Though I have to admit I stopped watching somewhere after season 6 and now I prefer to rewatch my fave episodes over and over and to read one fanfic after another ;) I do know, in the broadest sense, the general development of the further seasons and have seen some of the episodes, though...

(What I’m trying to say is: if you’d decide to write a direct continuation of let’s say episode 10 season 9 I probably would have to watch it first, I have no idea about it, haven’t watched it… but if you’d use a new piece of info let’s say about Callen’s childhood or favourite food or whatever that was revealed in episode 10 season 9 that’s totally ok, gimmeee all the info)

I love spies, I do love spies so much, I love undercover work, creating the backstories and agents slipping into “fake” characters. And Mr. Callen is the master of the game. I also love men with blue eyes and characters with tough childhood behind them and mysterious past. Basically, NCIS: LA is Mr. Callen for me.

Some of my favourite episodes are: Past Lives, Pusback, LD50, Callen G., Familia, Reznikov N., Matryoshka, The Chosen One, Purity

Prompts:

• Case fic; I love all case fics, it’s a great bonus if they include Comescus or someone from the characters’ past. The more undercover work and spies the better ;)
• Exploring Callen’s past as the agent in Russia and Eastern Europe. I also love Arkady and would love to see more about his past cooperation with Callen.
• Mr. Callen undercover.
• H/C for the win! So, what happened to Mr. Callen this time? Is he in a hospital? Who’s putting up with him? I feel like even most of the canon injuries have been brushed upon, especially the ones after Mexico… And what’s even more appalling: we were robbed of Callen’s recovery after the nearly fatal shooting in the NCIS LA spin-off Legend. Or you can come up with shiiiny new injuries. Mission fic, undercover, case fic would be an awesome background for this.
• Exploring Callen’s ability to speak multiple foreign languages and maybe other talents. Is it useful for his job or is it for something else in this case? Is he learning a new language?
• I just love the cagy, lone wolf Mr. Callen from the first few seasons and would like to read more about him. He trusted so few people but somehow Arkady was among them.
• I liked the earlier seasons’ dynamics between Hetty and Callen. They respect and understand each other, Callen is trying to find out about his past, Hetty is trying to protect him…
• I’ve been pulled into Sam/Callen and just love them as a couple (up to you if you omit Michelle and canon or maybe they got together after her death?). How did they start dating? What’s their relationship like? How do they balance work and private life? Is there a bit of fluff in their lives? What if Callen is injured? What is Sam doing?

8. SEAL Team (TV)

Stella Baxter/Clay Spenser; Sonny Quinn & Clay Spenser; Sonny Quinn/Clay Spenser; Jason Hayes & Clay Spenser; Jason Hayes/Clay Spenser

(In case of Sonny/Clay and Jason/Clay, I wouldn’t want Clay to be cheating on Stella. I’d prefer Stella just out of the picture altogether or Stella just being friends with Clay and never dating him or being a friendly ex-girlfriend)

What I love about the series:

It’s so improbable: me falling in love with a military drama because I didn’t know much about military and army things and yet here we are. I’m hooked. I love Bravo’s brotherhood, I love watching these confident men who can just do anything anywhere anytime they want. I love Sonny & Clay’s friendship in canon.

Season 6 episode 8 never happened. Please don’t. No. Take it back, I want a refund. Please use canon up to S06E07.

Prompts:

• the feeling of brotherhood
• Clay & Sonny’s friendship. They are so different and at the first sight, it’s an improbable friendship - and yet they are best friends.
• the classics: case fic, mission fic, undercover work. I love it when they plan the missions. Everyone weights in their opinion, they quickly form plans, always have a plan B...
• or it could be more fluffy and light-hearted here - cooking together, moving in together…
• SEAL Team is more focused on action and executing the orders but how would they fare with investigating a murder mystery?
• And of course there are so many many hurt/comfort opportunities. What happened? Are they stranded somewhere? Will they get the help needed? (Unsurprisingly, I’d prefer hurt!Clay)
• Injuries from a mission are the most expected but I’d be interested also in other ways how the poor boys could get hurt. In training? Or a “normal” car crash?
• If you’d like to go the Clay/Sonny route, I’m in! Or Clay/Jason route. These fics are so rare T_T
• I loved everything about Manila and Clay’s injury. What if Bravo returned from the Philippines after the bombing and was there for Clay instead of Swanny? Could it lead to Clay/Jason or Clay/Sonny?
• What if “the very real possibility that your operating days will be over” the doctors kept talking about in 2x18 did happen and Clay couldn’t return to the field?
• Or maybe the Manila injuries are acting up now, on top of everything else.

For Season 6:

• Any of the nominated relationships/friendships under these hard circumstances.
• There was a 3-month-jump in the events in episode 2 so what happened during this time, not only with Clay but the whole team?
• Clay instructing the Green Team and…. Clay is such an intelligent and capable person that I can’t imagine he’ll be happy yelling at green team members and ramping up their fitness in the long run. Can you please find something more for him to do? He speaks nine languages wink wink
• Could he be accompanying Bravo on some mission because of his unique language skills? What will this trip cause? Increase his (and Jason’s) desire for him to return to Bravo or will he make his peace with never coming back? What is Stella’s opinion?
• Clay returning to Bravo.
• I have to admit that I have a pretty developed fix-it AU in my mind (and in a fic) where Clay returns to Bravo even with a prosthetic leg. It’s the only way I’m able to deal with season 6… and I totally do get it that you might not share this view. So in this case could you please concentrate more on the earlier stages of the rehab and coming to terms with the amputation (like episode 6x2, 6x3, 6x4) instead of long-term career and life plans? (I would prefer fics that wouldn't directly contradict my head-canon in this case)
• Though if you do share this view that Clay returns, I need to know everything about how it goes! In this case I'm here for alllll the AU - Canon Divergence and Fix-it Fic! I’d LOVE to see Clay become Bravo 1 one day.

9. The Night Manager

What I love about the series

I just love everything about it. It's been one of the best discoveries for me recently - and I've come across this series only thanks to exchanges. I love the suspense, the uncertainty, the thought-through plans, the feeling of danger, all the pretending. I love spies and undercover work and also I love Hugh Laurie; he was such an amazing villain.

Prompts:

• Is there a way how to make Roper switch to the good guys? Is there something that could convince him?
• Roper certainly doesn't want to end up in prison. What would he do? Could he cooperate with Jonathan on catching another big villain?
• Jonathan/Jed. Is it set during the canon time-line or afterwards?
• What if Roper managed to get Jonathan to switch sides? Has he seduced him?
• Why was Jonathan doing the night manager in Egypt and Switzerland? (As Roper said: Were you hybernating or what?) Such a trained man from the military ending up in a hotel? Was it a cover for something?
• Jonathan undercover again. I'd love to read snippets about Jonathan's new undercover assignment. Whom is he after? Is he romantically involved with the target?

10. The Professionals (1977 TV)

What I love about the series

I like how this series focuses only on three main characters and yet so much mystery about them still remains. I like the clever plot, the banter between Doyle and Bodie and even the action scenes; the often complicated plot ideas, spy games, sneak peeks into politics and diplomacy, and especially the cold-war atmosphere. It is so interesting to watch how Cowley, Bodie and Doyle all have different backgrounds (albeit we don’t have that much info) and it serves as believable reasoning for the different motivation, decisions and behaviour of the characters. And all the action scenes also offer so many h/c possibilities ;)

Prompts:

• case-fic with some sprinkles of Bodie/Doyle or Bodie/Cowley
• Who initiated the relationship? Are they hiding it? They probably have to… but does Doyle know (for Bodie/Cowley) or does Cowley know (for Bodie/Doyle)?
• Is it the first m/m relationship for either of them? If not, is there any story they can tell about their past relationships? Was their partner also an agent, a soldier?
• I’d love to get to know more about Bodie’s mysterious past. Will we meet Krivas again??
• For Bodie/Cowley: Age gap! Age gap! I usually don’t see it as a problem at all but maybe some of the characters have some thoughts about it.
• Can we catch some smallest details revealing they are in a relationship even when they are 100 % focused on a case?
• H/C, it seems that in the course of later seasons the writers forgot but there indeed is a bullet in Cowley’s leg! And the many times Bodie (or Doyle) was kicked, hit, injured and even shot? So many h/c opportunities. Who is hurt? How did it happen? Is it serious?
• I love the episodes with politics, cold war, diplomats and agents playing mind games (and spy games)
• I think Bodie and Cowley are quite similar, so I’d love to see more about Bodie & Cowley dynamics.
• Reuniting after years apart, post-canon etc. - I’d love to know what happened. Did Bodie and Doyle work for CI5 until retirement? Did one of them change his life radically? Why? What happened? How did they meet again…
